Douglas Goodin is President of New Covenant School of Theology and Senior Pastor of Front Range Alliance Church (FRAC) in Colorado Springs, CO. He grew up in a suburb of St. Louis, MO. After gaining an undergraduate degree in music, and planning for a career as a songwriter/guitar player, he received a clear and unmistakable "inner call" to pastoral ministry. While studying at Covenant Seminary, he was called to serve as Associate Pastor of FRAC in January, 1999. He completed his M.Div. at New Geneva Seminary (Colorado Springs), and in January of 2006 became the senior pastor. Douglas and his wife Krista have been married since August 15, 1992 and the Lord has blessed them with three children, Sophia, Abigail, and Gabriel.
Dwight Brown is currently the Dean of Students and member of the teaching faculty at New Covenant School of Theology in Colorado Springs, Colorado. He grew up in Arlington, Virginia, and graduated from Virginia Tech University in 1964 with a BS degree in Public Administration. He served in the USAF for five years following graduation and then attended Dallas Theological Seminary, graduating with honors in 1973 with a Masters of Theology in Systematic Theology. Since then, he has served in pastoral ministry as the teaching elder in four different churches between 1973 and 2005. He also served as a reserve Chaplain in the USAF from 1973 to 1990. Since retirement from the pastoral ministry at Front Range Alliance Church in Colorado Springs, he has continued to serve as a shepherding elder and teach Bible, theology, and practical ministry classes in both the church and in the resident seminary. Dwight has been married to his wife, Anne, since 1965 and has three sons, three daughters-in-law, and seven grandchildren, with an eighth on the way.
